We didn’t have masks and as soon as we walked in the door the Front desk lady was totally rude. We asked if they had some paper masks we could have, which seems like a viable question considering it’s a medical facility that requires masks! She said she didn’t. I chose to sit in the car while my husband saw the doctor. I will look for a different place to go next time.

Had my first appointment today and was in and out in 30 minutes with more info then I have gotten in the last 10 years of seeing other ENTs. He even used a camera to see my nose all in the 1st appt. He and the staff are very efficient with your time. This was the Green location though.

I highly recommend, Dr. Lutz took me seriously and is a great doctor. I have been going to this office about a year now. I had a successful sinus surgery. I've gotten allergy shots, super easy and quick. I like that the shots are walk in. The staff in the allergy department are so friendly. It's same with the receptionist, everytime I walk in they know me by name.

Terrible bedside manner! Felt like my ER case must have ruined his Sat night as the oon-call doctor. failed to give me the already prescribed pain med as he slashed down my tongue & removed abscess. Ten nurse gave it to me after he simply left@ I pray he has improved since last year.

This is a review for front desk! Takes me days to get a call back and for someone to pick up the phone! The Front desk ladies aren’t that friendly either.. There is one that always smiles and say hello! Pam is amazing! Dr Lutz is a good doctor! Just wish when I called I didn’t have to call so many times!

Dr. Willen was professional, explained things in detail to me and gave me the best care for my auricular hematoma. Lacey was kind and called me back right away to get me this appointment quickly so my ear did not sustain permanent damage. Cannot recommend Dr. Willen and staff enough. 5 stars all the way!

Their website says their office is open at 7:30am, I called at 8:15am and get a voice recording saying that the offices are closed.

Dr lutz is caring and compassionate and answers all questions you have. He took the time to address the lymph node issue I was having in my neck and trouble swallowing. He’s one of my favorite doctors and his assistant Marella is great too. They always call me back when they are suppose to (which is a great thing) and I would highly recommend them.

I had my last appointment with Dr. Anton April 11, 2019, following surgery February 27, 2019. I have read all his reviews and find only one thing I would like to add. Besides him being a fantastic surgeon, no one added that he truly cares about his patients. He is very personable, and takes his time with you and listens. Dr. Anton makes sure you are 100% before you leave from your last visit. I recommend him highly. I can now walk without excruciating pain.

Started going to see Dr. Lutz for issues with my ears and hearing. Ended up having allergy testing and tubes put in my ears. I think Dr. Lutz is great and so was woman who did my allergy tests, but the rest of the staff not so much. The phone system there is horrible. Takes me forever to talk to somebody or someone picks up and just puts me on hold. The staff doesnt seem willing to help or very pleasant. Make me feel like everything I need or ask for is a problem. The billing is a joke and dont believe anything they say. I was told my allergy testing in a voicemail my allergy test was going to be like $60. I pay that and a few months later get a bill for over $500!!! When I call I am told that was only an estimate and they couldnt have known how much it would be...would have been nice to been told that in the original message! Just had the tubes put in my ears last week. Im having issues with my right ear. Feels like its clogged and its very annoying. Called the office because I am concerned...again I was instantly put on hold. Then all the girl did was say she would give the doctor a message amd they would get back to me. Still waiting for them to get back to me...
