I have only ever in my life have had one good therapist now and I have seen my fair share now I can say I have had 2 amazing therapist in my life. Was a life changing amazing decision to start my mental health journey as well as my son. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I feel seen and I feel herd as a patient.

I have gone to this counseling practice for 4 or 5 different periods of time over the last 8 years. My counselor has really been there for me during difficult times and I always walk away with practical and helpful strategies for what I’m facing. Valuable counsel for a wide variety of problems. Very grateful for my parents being referred to this practice.

We went to Nancy Caito a few years ago. The experience set my child back much more than it helped. There was a constant need by the therapist to find a causation of issues and point the finger at my husband and I. We since found a therapist and have had much more positive responses from our child. We also had a therapist test for ADHD and it was inconclusive. What a waste of time.
