Very disappointing, counselor focused on all the negative aspects of our marriage and instead of telling us we needed to spend more time together to rekindle things that we were lacking she instead insisted that we have alone time. This lead to my spouse going on a vacation without me, which then lead to a divorce. Never again! My best advice to anyone dealing with marriage issues is go to church and pray on it together and try to be more understanding when it comes to each others interests and feelings. Marriage counseling will do nothing but separate you.

I have been seeing my therapist through Colors+ Counseling for almost 2 years now, and I can not recommend their services enough. Always willing to work with me during times of financial struggle, and I can not overstate how valuable consistent therapy is once you find a therapist that fits you! There are very consistent check-ins about updates to personal goals and opportunities to recognize the growth that I've made as a person
