Office staff are compassionate and sympathetic in handling clients' questions on the phone. My family has been with 6 different therapists, (yes), and have not had problems with billing, or scheduling or cancelling with appropriate notice. Finding a therapist is like finding a friend, keep interviewing.

My experience with this office and therapist have been very helpful and positive. I feel the office staff is professional and their office policies are outlined in the paperwork you sign prior to treatment and are posted in the office. I understand the no show fee due to I am reserving the therapist hour. The office staff was helpful in explaining my insurance when it changed and went the extra step of calling me and educating me on my new benefits. My therapist works with my schedule and offers evening appointments. I highly recommend this practice.

This place has really helped me understand my feelings are valid and provides a safe place for me. Everyone has been kind and I feel welcomed when I enter the office. They work with my schedule. Highly recommend.

A truly embarrassing and uncomfortable situation here. led me to swear off all future therapy from anywhere in the future. If your looking for therapy, be cautious.

I scheduled my child therapy at this place and then sent them a divorce decree which states clearly that I get to decide all healthcare decisions. This is the only office I've ever experienced that is pushing back on this and insisting that my child's father call the office for her to receive care. They had also done this to a friend of mine delaying treatment for his child. Unacceptable! They state it's for legal reasons, but why is it that no other doctor, counselor, dentist has asked for this. Just feel sorry for my kid because now I have to start at square 1. :(

I have been very pleased with the services I have received here. My provider has been a reliable person for over 2 years and has helped me through many difficult times. Even with insurance changes, the office staff have worked with me and fought with the insurance to get the care I need. I am very thankful for the support I have received from my provider.

They make an appt with you then when you go there is no appt in their system. Then proceeded to give an dgaf attitude. Very unprofessional. They should invest in a new receptionist that actually knows how to do their job!!

I have been visiting this office for over 2 years and my girlfriend and I have been extremely thankful for the guidance and help we have received. I find their policies quite standard and easy to follow regarding some of the other negative reviews. Each therapist is unique in their craft. If you ask me, it’s a lot like blind dating. Sometimes you have to see a couple different people before you find someone you match well with. This is my personal experience with therapy and therapist. Once you do feel comfortable enough, it’s life changing. I would highly recommend to anyone!

I went there and had a great experience with a counselor that’s no longer there! If it hadn’t been for her I would’ve left a long time ago. I was thinking of staying with the agency but my sister had a terrible experience that almost brought tears to my eyes because I recommended this place. I haven’t had a personal experience that’s been negative but the office vibe is very stale.
