MIchael Sevilla's Online Review Report Card

I have not had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Sevilla personally but I can tell you without a doubt I am completely pleased with this office! I chose it almost a year and a half to two years ago, so that I could have an office and a doctor in my town close to the hospital that was not a part of a big conglomerate! They have not disappointed in their organization and in the treatment I have gotten from my doctor who is Dr Joseph Rousher! What a wonderful practice! I do enjoy reading Dr. Sevilla’s very informative and valuable Facebook posts!!

Going to the doctor does not have to be an unpleasant experience. I am very appreciative to Dr. Sevilla for always taking the time to listen to my concerns. From the moment you walk in the building , you are greeted with a smile from the office staff end it continues with the nursing personnel in the back. I highly recommend this medical practice!!!!!

I tried to reestablish as a patient after moving away for 13 years. Filled out all paperwork in March 2020. Received a call saying I was accepted as a patient and asked for initial consultation. This was during height of pandemic. I explained I did not feel comfortable doing a non essential visit in a healthcare environment. Fast forward to November 2020 and tried to schedule a flu shot. Was told I could not get one without first having (and paying for) an initial appointment. Was annoyed because I didn't want to pay the $75 deductible for a flu shot that was free to me under my insurance at a drug store. I thought I was respectful to the staff while conveying my annoyance. Very poor customer service overall. Add in the general unkempt facilities and very difficult scheduling (my family all goes there). I guess for a small town with few options they have no incentive to maintain either their facilities or attitude towards their patients.

Mike is the best physician I have ever been to. Like most Drs he is knowledgeable however Mike takes it to a whole other level. I have never had a Dr be as thorough as Mike, he really takes time with his patients. He leaves no stone unturned when it comes to your health. He has a very upbeat and encouraging personality that motivates you to achieve your health goals. His office staff gets me in quickly and I don’t have to spend all day in a waiting room like other offices. I would highly recommend Mike, as he has solved several health issues I have had that other physicians and specialists have been unable to solve.

Dr. Sevilla listens and has worked with me on creating a plan of action that I'm excited about. Very friendly!!

Always a hassle , poor customer service, Wait room time always 45+ minutes

I have been very unhappy with this doctor office. Anytime I call for information no one knows what's going on. The office won't try to work with you at all. You have to go to try office and ask your questions because no one has a clue on the phone, and then wait a long time for the nurse to come try to help you. I asked one nurse a question about an injection she just have me and she had no clue of it was a series or just a single shot. Very unhappy with this office.
