My mother is in a skilled nursing facility, who set up the appointment with Dr. Gould. They could not have picked a better place or better doctor. My mother suffers from Lewy Body Dementia, so comprehension is a problem for her, and my sister and I worried about how she would do. My mother had a large sore on the side of her nose and needed it removed. We greeted by a very nice helpful young lady at the front desk. Then we’re called back to the exam room by Denise, who was awesome. We voiced our concerns and she understood. She spoke dots my mom and was so kind. Then Dr. Gould came in, she was wonderful. She explained everything she was doing as she was doing it. My mother didn’t even flinch when she removed the sore. From start to finish it was a great experience.

I have seen Dr. Gould several times over the last 4 years. Every time it seemed she couldn't wait to get out of the room and move onto another patient. She did not take care of my face condition and now 4 years later it is worse than ever before. Another dermatologist is now taking care of my problem

I will NEVER recommend Dr Gould. I went 8 months ago for 2 scary spots. She rushed through my appointment, said I have a bug bite (despite me telling her they have been there and growing for months). She then gave me a tiny tube of cream and brushed me off. I got a second opinion and turns out I have basal cell carcinoma. Glad I caught it fairly early.

Waited a very long time and then was rushed through appointment. Did not make eye contact at all, paid more attention to her nurses tablet.

I saw Dr. Gould for 6 months. If you ask me, she sees her patients as $$$. she rushed through appointments each time I saw her. I wanted a shot and she offered other solutions, saying insurance wouldn't cover it. I complied. Without discussing it, she prescribed me a pill that requires me to stay out of the sun (I work outside). I also called and confirmed that my insurance covered the shot. Doctors should be someone you trust. Not someone who keeps you scheduling appointments based on lies & $.
