Wish I could give no stars ! Worst doctor appointment in my whole life ! Did not listen to me, made fun with her assistants of my problems ( in front of me and my daughter).
I was in her office for 7 minutes and 13 seconds, and waited for 40 minutes...I was there about my hair, which she said she couldn't do anything about...I asked her about this red spot on my face, which had two zits by it, she said it was nothing then grabbed some freezing liquid and sprayed it on the zits without my permission and proceeded to charge me an extra $140 for that besides an office visit for 45-60 minutes!! Extremely disappointed, she was rushed and totally unprofessional.
I was very disappointed with my appointment with Dr. Andreano. She was rushing through my short time in the clinic. She did not not document spots and lesions on a body chart like most dermatologist. So wouldn't know if "spots" got worse in next visit. I was shocked at how hurried she was treating me. I definitely would not recommend Dr. Andreano to anyone.
Removed an inflamed hair follicle from my son's neck and left a large, dark, raised scar.
Please save yourself a trip. She is always in a rush and can really care less about you or what your going through. She’s all about just coming in, not examining you and just gets to writing your prescriptions.
I had never wanted to cry out of frustration after a doctor apple until I left “Doctor” Andreano’s office. It was as if her assistant was the doctor and she talked to him about me as if I wasn’t even in the room. I actually felt more comfortable with him and I could tell he felt bad/embarrassed of her. And the reception/office staff was just as horrible as her, which is no surprise considering. She needs to retire because she acts like she already is. I called to tell them exactly what I just typed and all they did was make excuses for her. Sad.
I honestly wish that I had read the reviews r.e. Dr. Andreano before my appointments. I have never felt like such a slab of meat, rushed through and honestly not screened thoroughly for skin lesions. Additionally, she did not speak directly to me, only to the medical assistant to chart information. I had 2 lesions on my back that were photographed and biopsied, but not shown to me until I asked to see them and have it explained to me. The doctor had already run out of the room, so I had to ask the medical assistant to explain it to me. The biopsies came back as basal cell (surface skin) cancers that needed to be excised. The scheduler attempted to schedule me on two different days to excise the lesions for insurance reasons!! The reason??? More money! No regard for my time, travel expenses and two recoveries. UNBELIEVABLE!! Never again!
Horrible. She barely spends any time with you. You’re treated like a number with a $ in front of it.
I saw her years ago and really liked her. Not anymore. You’re basically treated like a number (with a $ in front of it, of course). I’ll never go back.
I have been a patient of Dr. Andreano for many years, and highly recommend her as a doctor. However, once she merged with Dermatology Partners the service has gone downhill. Recently I made an appointment with one of her partners, and after driving 1/2 hour to the appointment and waiting 1/2 hour I was told that the scheduler had made a mistake when scheduling, and the person who could resolve the issue was in a meeting, and thus they could not see me. The staff was very rude and uncaring about the inconvenience. I even talked to the office manager and explained how I had taken the day off work to get my skin condition looked at...and would have made an apt. elsewhere if I knew I could not be seen. The office manager simply said "well, we don't require you to take time off work to see us." What ?!? That is when I decided it was time to find another doctor, unfortunately. When I later called and asked them to have Dr. Adreano give me a call, they said she won't make phone calls.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
