This doctor is awesome. She took her time with me. Listened to my issues. Wasn't judgmental, then actually helped me! I have finally found a doctor I can take my whole family to. She really CARES!!! She called me herself with bloodwork results and didn't mind answering my questions. She even saved me an emergency room trip (and lots of money) over the weekend by actually answering the phone when I called her through her office. She was not in a hurry to hang up on me, I have a follow up scheduled so we can stay on top of my issues and change medications if needed. Her office staff were really helpful too.

Advised me on non-medical things I could try at home instead of taking a handful of pills. SHes not like the typical office doctor. She has a great personality and actually made me feel really comfortable talking to her about anything. She really listens and takes her time too so i didnt feel rushed at all. I now take my entire family to her!

Almost always on time. Very caring and kind. Very thorough when explaining what's going on with me. Patiently answers all my questions. She wants to make sure I understand and always gives me reassurance. Her assistant is really nice too. Dr. Kaushal has earned my trust and respect. I recommend her to others.

I always had to wait to get an appointment, but there was never any wait when I got to the office. Once, she asked how my children were, I don't have any. Her response was very negative/uncomfortable instead of just dealing with her error. She had not responded to an urgent concern (message) and said I should have kept calling and she would have seen me sooner, also blaming the staff. Too many other careless mistakes, negative comments.
