My experience today was great. I tested positive for covid. The doctor was super nice and quick to get me in and out to go home and rest. Everyone was very nice and friendly.

The facility is clean, the receptionist was friendly and helpful, the aid that did the swabs was very friendly, caring and very professional and the doctor was personable and caring.

I’ve been to a few urgent cares over the years and CareFirst in Sharonville has been the best by far. It was super fast and everyone was very friendly, kind and helpful. Would definitely return if needed

First visit. Efficient and friendly checkin. Not a long wait even with a few ahead of me. Dr. Mike listened to what I had to say and was very approachable. He wrote a perscription that would be more effective in getting me back on track which, of course, was my goal.

I have had to go to this Urgent care twice in the last week. One time for my self and once for my 5 year old daughter. I have been able to be seen quickly (even on a Sunday). The manager Mary was very pleasant and empathetic towards us.

This place is a joke there used to be good doctors here but I don’t know what happened to them. There’s some older heavier guy that I guess is a Doctor Who doesn’t seem like a doctor. He’s rude and doesn’t know my auto immune disease that I have he’s blaming it on me smoking, but it is an in curable disease where I get random flareups with or without smoking all my life he came in right away being rude and the front desk girl is 100% on some type of narcotic very uncomfortable to be around terrible place to go I’ll never come here again unless they get new people in here.

I had a recent visit to the urgent care, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. Malinda, the lady at the first desk, was incredibly sweet, sympathetic, and highly professional. Her welcoming and caring demeanor set the tone for the entire visit. The level of service I received was top-notch, and I couldn't be more pleased with the care I received at this urgent care facility. They truly exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of urgent medical attention.
