HE LISTENS TO YOU...MANY DO NOT !!, HE REACTS TO YOUR PAIN, HE UNDERSTANDS WHY YOU WANT HELP AND HE GETS IT FOR YOU. HE TAKES TIME TO MAKE SURE ALL QUESTIONS ARE ANSWERED. I HAVE BEEN WITH HIM FOR OVER 4O YEARS AND WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN HERE IF IT WERE NOT FOR HIS CARING AND WONDERFUL EXPERTISE ON SO MANY THINGS.

DR. TOPALOV IS A VERY CARING DOCTOR. HE TAKES TIME TO ASNWER YOUR QUESTIONS. HE ACTUALLY LISTENS WITH HIS MIND FIRST AND THEN HIS HEART. HE IS A BLESSING TO THIS COMMUNITY.

Dr. Topalov misdiagnosed my Mother, who later passed because he had caused irreversable damage. I later learned that he misdiagnosed another family friend who lost a parent. He does not LISTEN to what his patients are telling him, and is a dangerous albiet friendly man.
