Doctor Ahmed was a great doctor and very encouraging to me during a time I thought I would die a year ago. One receptionist on the other hand was unforgivable. I called to see if I could speak to the doctor about my condition, he was not in, I realized I should have asked they write down it was me rather than play telephone. She yelled at me for calling...I was shocked, was a receptionist yelling at me? I was polite and clear, she was rude and impatient, this hurt me deeply because I believed I was going to die and this is what I was calling for, and she knew and she treated me like trash. I stayed polite and left my info. But this wounded me deeply. Doctor apologized and was great like he always was, but I can never forget this
