I am not one to write reviews but the communication with this office is horrific. I am a nurse who deals with referrals often and it has been a nightmare trying to schedule with the office. The staff who did finally call back was rude and did absolutely nothing to help schedule an appointment. Their response time is concerning for a patient who plans to follow regularly, especially if a concern arises. We will be going with another Rheumatologist.

Seems like the receptionist is refusing to give my daughter her medical records. Seems like I will be calling the medical board and attorney general if they don't give over the medical records because by law they have too.

Dr. Alappaty has always given me and my daughter the best care. In the past, we had problems with getting calls back etc. Things have greatly improved since moving to their new location. Front desk staff seems to be happy and things seem to be run much better.

I started going to this practice when my rheumatologist left the area. Initially everything seemed fine. Everyone was pleasant and my physician was great. Then when I started to have issues and reached out for help, I never could get in contact with anyone, and nobody would return my calls or messages. This happened on three different occasions (in which there were only three times I have tried to contact anyone). I had reached out, called, and messaged with no response. If my attempts were for mere simple answers, that would be different. However the attempts that I have made were all for legitimate and serious health concerns. The system they have in place for patients to contact the physician are inadequate. They have a patient portal with messaging built in, but they tell you that you have to use a different app to communicate calling Klara. So when you try to connect with Klara, nobody responds for days. I would even call the office to let them know that I had sent a message, but still would not get a response. Just really poor communication.

Dr. Jessica Murphy saw me for a total of 4 minutes on each visit at the Miamisburg location. She was dismissive, unprofessional, and juvenile. She behaves as if she is in high school and not a professional treating patients. My medical illness was not treated and I was still billed even though the 'visual' visit was 100% covered by insurance. I will certainly drive farther to see another rheumatologist that is more mature, not at work for a social event, and one where the office has their paperwork in order.

I gave this because I had an appt Sept 22 I have complications from covid and was very ill. I left message to cx my appt and wanted to reschedule. Instead I get a bill for missed appt. !!!!! I was severely ill I could not come nor would I want to expose anyone to what I had. so hit me with a charge I can't afford..nice. I am glad you do not really care about your patients.

I had been going there for about 3yr. This last appointment my insurance changed and I called and left a message on a voicemail no one called back so I though it was ok and so I went to the appointment and when I went up to the desk she asked for my insurance and loudly said we don’t take this and you need to find another rheumatologist. Just rude and I didn’t expect that.

Don't listen don't care and never once in all this time helped its getting worse and all they say see you in 3 months

Tried calling them about 5 times to make my first appointment and left a message 3 times over the span of 3 weeks. Even had my family doctor send over a 2nd referral to them which finally got them to call me but I couldn't answer at the time. Never called me again, never responded to anymore of my attempts. If this is an indicator to how they operate and treat their patients, i dont want anything to do with them. Im looking elsewhere.

This office never returns phone calls, has voice mail boxes that are full so you are unable to leave a message, is not pro active in calling patients with test results, and the PA I saw had the bed side manner of a block of ice.
