Staff is pleasant, physician swabbed for covid, strep throat and flu. Strep throat swab he didn’t even touch my throat, as he walked out door i heard him saying he hoped he would remember which swab was which! Needless to say all swabs negative probably because switched up and the strep one was done incorrectly! I was treated prophylactically for strep with antibiotics, which in a couple was feeling better so im guessing i was positive for strep throat! They require you to put a credit card on file when you fill out paperwork, but fail to mention they will randomly bill your card for any balance you may incur. Ive never received a bill for that visit or for a previous visit however they automatically debited my acct for a copay. When i called they said that i told the person who checked me in that i would pay the outstanding balance the following day…which wasnt the case! Be careful what you sign because they fail to mention that some of the paperwork you sign gives them permission to debit Your acct at their discretion for balances. I dont mind oaying my bills howeveer i would like to receieve a bill first to see charges. They claim to have sent bills to my address however i have not receieved any bills from them.
