Dr Buch is a compassionate and caring doctor. He is very friendly and easy to get along with. He is also the kind of doctor that does sugar coat the situation. He is blunt and straight forward with his diagnosis. I always like that kind of doctor. He also reminds his patients of any shots that they are missing. He and his staff are easy to get ahold of using the Kettering Health Network "My Chart" app.

Dr Buch is very thorough. I feel very comfortable in asking questions and he always is knowledgeable in my concerns. I feel like he takes his time and provides me with the best medical care possible.

I went in to see the doctor, because my hand was breaking out and he didn't even look at my hand. He literally stared at his computer and then prescribed me A LOT of steroid cream. No questions to try to pinpoint the problem... nothing! Then I was having headaches and he refused to do any testing on me and I requested testing. He then prescribed me a very strong migraine medication that has horrible side effects that I refused to ever take. I will never go back again!

I was told I likely had cancer and spent thousands of dollars on medical testing. I was terrified and his bedside manner did not help. He could have handled the situation much differently and with better care and compassion. I will not return to his practice.

Dr Buch and his staff are amazing. They are very compassionate and make sure patients are well taken care of. Every aspect of your health is addressed here. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming
