Sent my daughter home with a whole bunch of prescriptions. But didn’t give her a summary report of what she was seen for. Tried to ask my pharmacist if they could tell me what she was being treated for. They said that they couldn’t tell me because the doctor didn’t even put the code on the paperwork of what she was being treated for. So when I called urgent care in Springdale Oh, to ask them why they didn’t give her a summary report they said they no longer give summary reports was told this on Sat Oct 14, 2023.Called back today on Sunday Oct 15, 2023 asked the same question got the same person.Was told that she could have gotten her summary report if she asked. Why should you have to ask it should be automatic? Even though she is a minor and I’m her mother they want tell me what she was treated for unless I come up to their clinic. Because my oldest daughter was the one that took her to the clinic. So the doctor prescribed her two antibiotics and a pill that stops itching. I want be back to any of the urgent cares especially this one. They only care about making money off of how many prescriptions they prescribe people. The staff and doctors are rude. Stay clear of this place.

I went in with back pain on 10/8/2023, a Sunday. I got a steroid shot. No pain relief, no x-rays on Sunday. The doctor was attentive. The front desk attendant was courteous. The aide was busy on her cell phone. My wait for the doctor was longer than I expected. The place was clean.
