I was so nervous going in for a root canal on my back molar. I was immediately set at ease with Dr.Carter and his staff. Even though the procedure was a bit lengthy, he explained each step to me and I was very impressed by his skill and masterful way he did the root canal. I'd give 5 stars if it wasn't for the lack of professionalism in the front office right now. Maybe it's new staff. I just hope they learn better office and communication skills with a little more cheer in their demeanor. BUT, Dr Carter is the best. I've been to him twice now for root canals. He numbs you up really well, so no pain during the procedure and little soreness and no pain afterwards. He explains his actions along the way too. So you know that it will be over... eventually. A little over an hour in my cases. Also, he uses a dental dam so nothing gross ever enters your mouth and throat!

Dr Carter is very accommodating and took me in last minute to complete my first RCT after hours and it was as seamless as the first. There was no pain and he talked me through the whole process. He even followed up with me the next day to see how I was healing. I highly recommend his work to anyone who needs a root canal.

My dentist was doing a cleaning and noticed I needed a root canal. Called dr Carter's next door and they took me right away. Follow up in a week to finish and done very efficiently. Procedure was long but done very well. Called me next day twice to check oral surgery. Efficient professional and a very good experience.

I had a great experience with Dr.Carter- he didn't end up having to operate, but he could have probably lied to me and did so anyway! He and his staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. They also took Covid protocols seriously and I felt safe there even though I didn't want to be at a dentist/Endodontist during the pandemic. My fears subsided after going in!

They got me in for an appointment quickly. The staff is welcoming and kind. Dr Carter did the procedure quickly with no pain.

I took my mom in for a root canal during COVID-19. The office enforces social distancing by having clients complete paperwork in their car and asking for patients to sit in the car. Due to the heat and having no one else in the waiting room, we were able to sit in the air conditioned lobby. My mom's a senior and gets anxious about visits to any medical office. She expressed this anxiety to her dental assistant who addressed her warmly and assuaged her fears. Dr. Carter was professional, straightforward, and efficient in getting my mom's root canal taken care of. While I served as my mom's interpreter, he talked to me and her, which I appreciated to help both of us feel included in my mom's care plan. Afterwards my mom had questions about the procedure and the dentist went over an educational pamphlet to provide her answers. The front desk was also accommodating in helping us secure a small discount since my mom is a senior. I would recommend this place for professional work by the frontal office and dental team. If I ever need a root canal, I'll be stopping here.

Dr. Carter is very professional, providing very quick yet thorough endodontal proceedures with up to date modern equipment. The office is hygienic and Covid19 safety measures are in place. Dr. Carter and his staff are great! I got seen during this whole Covid-19 ordeal. They had me fill out my paperwork in the car. I called when I was finished with it and they came to take my temperature and brought me inside. They took x-rays and yep, I needed a root canal! He got started with that right away. He's a pretty chill doctor. He made me feel very comfortable the whole time. And he's quick! I totally recommend him!
