Rude, very rude not even worth calling.

Called to see if they take CareSource an he asked how old I was an and just because I just turned 50 an I was not a diabetic they won't take me , that's not right!!!!!

Performed cataract surgery on my right eye. My vision is much worse than before surgery. Now working with two other doctors to try to restore some of my vision . Also surgery was a horrible experience, because he did not inform anesthesiologist that I do not respond to opiates in any way. So I white-knuckled it through the surgery without sedation. Terrible experience!

In 2015, I went on a trip to China.  I had read, in China, one could buy glasses cheap.  I saw these glasses, Dolce and Gabanna 1287 in rose gold, and wanted them, but didn't buy them because I was uncertain about them, and the price was high to me.  After leaving China, I was sick I didn't get them, and have always wanted them.  Now, I need new glasses, and for six months are longer, many times, I have searched the internet for the Dolce and Gabanna 1287 glasses in rose gold.  Since it has been 2 years since I saw them, I have learned that the Dolce and Gabanna 1287 glasses are discontinued, and impossible to find in rose gold. Imagine my surprise when I saw these Dolce and Gabanna 1287 glasses in rose gold on Ebay.  I really didn't think it possible for someone to have Dolce and Gabanna 1287, but the seller said he had two pair! Twice I wrote the seller asking about the glass, but no response.  I called Ebay asking about buying something on their website that I didn't think existed, plus I was also concerned about purchasing something from someone that called themselves the Joker.  Ebay said if I didn't get the glasses, or if they were not what was advertised, my money would be refund.  So on November 19, I ordered the glasses and delivery was scheduled on December 7, 21 days later.  Since delivery time was so long, I thought if the seller had the glasses, they may be coming from a different country.  I waited the 21 days, and they didn't come.  I filed a complaint with Ebay.  I then had to wait 7 more days for an answer from Ebay.,  The seller never provided Ebay proof that the glasses had been shipped to me, so Ebay refunded my money.  Since purchasing these glasses from Ebay, I have also learned the seller has two optical shops in Ohio.  It is very sad, that an eye care professional, would try and sell merchandise on Ebay that doesn't exist.  Don't be fooled by the Joker, he is a fraud.

We had a very good experience here.  I chose them because they were nearby and accepted my insurance.  We had a Friday morning appt for my daughter.  She was seen right on time.  Had the eye exam and picked out and ordered her glasses.  The glasses arrived the next Monday...9 days after we ordered.  We picked them up this morning, again no wait.  Fit perfectly and looks great.  Staff was friendly and professional.  We will be back when the husband or I are ready for new glasses.

These people are incompetent and/or taking advantage of people. No communication, takes months to get your glasses and when you get them they're screwed up. We've had glasses we've been waiting for over 5 months to get, every time we go in...  nothing. Always blame it on someone else. We just want our money back for glasses we never received.

He is the best in the area. probably in Ohio. When local hospitals need a Dr for an eye emergency Kearfott is who they call. Definitely worth any wait you may have. I only want the best working on my eyes, and Kearfott is it.

I've been a patient about 12 years and have never had any complaints.
