without a doubt the most caring and competent doctor I've ever had. I am blessed beyond measure to have him to help me manage my health.

My family has been with him for nearly 30 years. He's helped us through some very rough times. He is kind and cares about the whole person not just the illness. He takes time with you as a patient. Asks about what is going on in your life so he can get a whole picture. He's also a good Christian man. His PA Jill Sanders is top notch. Such a kind, loving and caring person. There are quite a few staff members and 80% are really wonderful & friendly. Unfortunately there are some who are not.

Wait time to schedule appointment over 40 minutes on phone and had to press 1 every 10 seconds so I wouldn't go to voicemail. Have been hung up on numerous times. Overbooked appointments and have patients waiting over 1 hour to be seen. Very rude and customer service horrible!

I have been going to Dr Roberto for 20 years and as long as I am in Springfield I will continue to see him! He is very thorough and attentive. He is a very Godly man who shares that with the world! You may have to wait for a while but he is very worth it! I will say that parts of the office staff lack personality/efficiency but I love Mark as a physician!

The only problem he or his staff has is that sometimes you have to wait in the waiting room about 30 minutes, and that could be considered a good thing as he takes a lot of time with his patients and their problems. I would never consider changing to another family doctor. He is very helpful and knowledgeable and really cares for his patients needs. Best Doc our family has ever had. That is why he has been our family doctor for 25 years. You won't find a better doctor.
