Got my son in quick when his glasses had broke and was out of warranty…even with all the delays in the world they did great getting his new ones in. They aren’t responsible for manufacturing delays, they are doing the best they can…very helpful and friendly employees!!

horrible experience....terrible help and bad service... Cant even get frames or contacts anymore at location while they still use eyemarts name of excellence!!

Made me very uncomfortable. Wanted to refer me to an eye specialist but then made my appointment for me, at a place I didn't even get to choose. I've been wearing glasses for 27 years and I've never had such an intrusive experience at the eye doctor.

I wasn't aware that Pearle had replaced Eyemart. The prices have doubled & it takes at least 2 weeks to get your new glasses. I used the frames I had bought when they were Eyemart plus my insurance has a $250 dollar frame/lenses allowance. I wear no line progressive bifocals. My lenses cost over $400!! I could not see long distance with the new glasses. The Dr. reexamined me and found that he had made an error in the prescription. New lenses were ordered due to the doctors error. The new lenses came in 2 weeks and I still cannot read road signs and everything is blurry. I am calling the Headquarters in Mason, Ohio for a remedy to this mess.

I wasn't sure I was going to find anything I liked, but Claude helped me find a stylish practical pair of glasses, real cool squared aviators.  He was upbeat, layed out an easy to understand yet detailed explanation of the different lens package options and their benefits. The pricing was honest. Very impressed by Claude at Pearl.

I didn't get my eye exam there, but I was told they had a better selection of glasses which was true.  Claude was very nice, professional and knowledgeable.  He patiently helped me pick out my glasses, explained all the details of the purchase and answer all my questions.  Everyone overall was friendly.  I would strongly recommend it.

I stopped at the store like I always do. Spoke with Ali, he Quoted me 1800.00 dollars for frames that were 300.00 dollars so that means for lenses they wanted 1500.00. there are 3 of us who wear glasses have shopped there for many years but no longer. run run away from this Place

Staff is extremely helpful on-site and over the phone. Went in because my sunglasses needed adjustments and the gentleman did it right away and was very professional. No charge, and now my sunglasses stay on. I also purchased prescription glasses there, they are always helpful and answer all questions and concerns. Pretty straight forward, esp. with insurance.

I found Parle vision while I am searching for eye care center on web. I have visited some eye clinics and not satisfied with the service I got. Pearle Vision is the one where you will get the best treatment . The doctors and staff at Pearle Vision are very professionals. They treat all the patients well and give best suggestions for our problems.

The new management is doing a great job here, they are taking a great care towards the patients who are visiting. Dr. Jordan Nissinoff & Staff gave me a great comfort they have explained me each and everything about my eye problem. It helped me a lot in understanding the things. I should the Doctor who has explained me everything with lot of patience
