Thomas P. Rak's Online Review Report Card

I've been to Dr. Rak 3 times. I had a hideous mole over top of one of my eyes. He removed it, not so much as a scar. I went back and had another one on my cheek. He again removed that without so much as a scar. I went yesterday and had one removed. The office is nice and clean. The staff was friendly. He's been great dealing with me. No issues. He does talk fast and moves fast. So you have to stop him and tell him you have a question. Which I did and he listened and answered. I will go back if needed. I also have trigger finger, which someone on here says he takes care of. Had I known that, I would have asked him about that!

Had my hands done by him and he was an excellent surgeon.

Dr Rax is a very nice guy, but how he can claim to be a plastic surgeon is be on me. I had breast cancer he did my reconstruction. I look so horrible it’s frightening. I don’t mind the scars so bad. My breast are not even beginning to be even. There is a bubble where the implant was put in poorly. He talked about hunting a lot. I feel now like he was butchering a deer. I feel mutilated not flattering at all.

I went to Dr Rak maybe 3 years ago. I had trigger finger in both my middle fingers. He did one hand at a time. He did a awesome job and he was so nice. My family doctor recommended him. He said he was one of the best around. I drove a good way. I’m vary satisfied with the surgery on my

I have been a patient of Dr. Thomas Rak for several years. I’ve had multiple skin cancers among other things. Dr. Rak is a perfectionist in everything he does and thoroughly explains any procedure that is needed. His staff is wonderful. I never had any issues getting in to see him nor have I had to wait weeks just to get an appointment, unlike other specialists. I would highly recommend Dr. Rak due to his talent and skills plus he genuinely cares about his patients.

Had a Squamous cell removed from my upper lip. I could feel the stitches towards the end of my surgery. Made an incision from the side of my nose down into my lip. Removed a dime to penny size chunk of skin from my face then cut about 2 inches long to tuck and sew. The stitches look tight. My major complaint I was left in pain and told he could not prescribe pain pills for me was told to use Tylenol and Motrin. Did not touch the pain. Would have to leave work early and self medicate. It's been a week now. The pain is more manageable now but still sore at the incision site. Was treated like I was a pill seeker.

Had work done by Doctor Rak back in 2007 he did such a wonderful job I sought him out to do my current surgery. He was was very caring and talked me through what he was doing. Till this day no scar and you can't tell I even had the surgery. Thanks Doctor Rak I will be to see you very soon.

I went to Dr.Rak for a mommy makeover, huge mistake! I did all my research for months and felt good about choosing him as my surgeon until the healing began and nothing was looking like I had expected, I didn’t expect to look like a super model, I just wanted to not hate my body and be comfortable in my own skin. When I would try and ask questions he would just talk fast, was not helpful or understanding and leave me confused and more depressed. The worst part is when you pay someone a lot of money for cosmetics you don’t feel like you can cry to friends or family because you feel like you did it to yourself, so you cry and suffer in silence. Instead of feeling good about myself for once in my life I’m left more disgusted than ever before! He is too arrogant and conceited to admit he did a bad job and fix it so I would never recommend him to anyone and it’s a shame you have to give at least one star to leave a review.
