Very pleased with Dr. Lofstead. She is kind, caring and listens to your problems. She is willing to work with you on goals! Definitely need to do your part in terms of lab draws snd appointments. Very thorough. I have been with her for a few years now snd am STILL pleased with her.

I thought the problem was me until I read other reviews. Dr. Lofstead is simply not a good doctor. Lack of experience, poor communication, and failure to listen to the patient. I ran her suggestions by my Cleveland Clinic primary who was not in agreement with her assessment or recommendations. Before doing so, I told her I disagreed with her. I decided to terminate our relationship and called her staff to let her know. Several days later I received a notice in the mail saying she terminated our relationship due to non-compliance with her orders. Enough said.

Very uncaring. Poor bedside manner. Talks to people like they are stupid. Actually asked me what she was supposed to do for me. Aren't you the doctor? She does not listen. There are signs all over her exam rooms about appropriate behavior. If you have to tell everyone how to behave with signs, then it seems to me that you are possibly the cause of their frustration.
