After carrying and nursing 4 babies in 6 years, my upper body was feeling so weak. I felt perpetually hunched over and my posture was suffering. After driving past Athletico multiple times a week (the location is ideal!), I decided to give them a call. Quickly, I was convinced that PT was exactly what I needed. The staff are all competant and kind. There’s a camaraderie feeling in the office, like “we’re all here to feel better!” I loved that. And I started to feel physically better within the first couple weeks. Jeff developed a plan that really focused on strengthening what was weak and increasing mobility where I felt limited. He explained things in an understandable way and kept me moving toward a goal! This is another thing I loved about PT - the whole concept is to get the patient feeling better and on their way. They call it “graduating.” (Sometimes, certain types of medical care can feel like the patient has to keep coming back or maintain a commitment … not at Athletico). And so, when I had built up some strength and started to feel my posture improving, the conversation changed from “how can we help right now” to “how can you continue this at home, so you keep feeling better.” The program Jeff sent me home with is completely doable, and I’m confident I can maintain this newfound upper body strength.

Therapists were excellent. Easy to schedule appointments that fit my schedule. They listened to me explain my issue and worked to identify a treatment plan that would resolve my issues. I would definitely recommend Athletico PT to anyone.

The staff at this place make it phenomonal. Both therapists are PhD Physical Therapists and are extremely skilled and very knowledgable. Both are also very down to earth and easy to talk to. The Office Manager is organized, on top of things, and is very positive and friendly. I have been going for 8 weeks for a sports injury, and they have without doubt reduced the level of pain and shortened my recovery time. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Highly recommend! This was the best therapy place that I have been to. The facility is nice and the people are very kind and knowledgeable. I went here for therapy after a hip replacement and Brian and Jeff went above and beyond to help me in any way they could. After surgery, I was instructed to wear compression hose that went up to my hips and the elastic was painfully pressing on my incision. Jeff called my doctor himself to see if I could switch to knee highs. Unlike me, he was able to get me an answer later that same day, thank goodness. Amazingly, considering the pain from the surgery, I even had fun there. I really appreciate them and how much they helped me. Great People!

It’s a smaller clinic which was off putting at first but that’s really one of the best parts because the PT’s can be more personal. All around best clinic I’ve unfortunately had to go to but would highly recommend.

Jeff and team were great. They worked to assess my area pf concern and find solutions that I could continue after the problem resolved to avoid future issues. I would definitely recommend them to anyone experiencing pain, or recovering from an injury.
