List of Paul Gibbons Md's Reviews
He is always cheerful, a good listeener, asks questions, and explains his diagnosis.
Moody, not professional, lack of medical knowledge. rude. Simply can not be a physician with theses manners and standard of care.
Dr. Gibbons took care of me during an ER emergency and then helped me get on track to manage a serious disease. He took the time to help me get on the right track, and I've been doing better ever since.
A kind, attentive and extremely knowledgeable doctor. Simply the best.
No continuity of follow up between visits. Doctor spends time with you but the nurse is rude and very short. Never friendly. Probably over-worked. You want to feel like the doctor and staff have your best health in mind.
LOVE Dr. Gibbons - If the diagnosis isn't clear, he'll brainstorm with you to figure out what's going on (he LISTENS and asks questions). He offers testing (like CAT Scan), but is also conservative instead of excitable. He's got a great sense of humor and is quick to smile -- he likes his job. He cares about you.
The office staff is the absolute worst I've seen and I'm nearly 60 years old. For instance, when I call in for prescriptions the staff routinely screws up the request and often times they don't call back when the prescription is ready. This has gone on for years. When I asked the receptionist how we might resolve the problem, she suggested I speak with the office manager. When the office manager came out to speak with me she was completely obnoxious from the start. I put my hand out to shake her

When the office manager came out to speak with me she was completely obnoxious from the start. I put my hand out to shake her hand prior to the conversation she declined to shake it. Then she proceeded to tell me how wonderful she thinks their patient service is. When I tried to tell her about the problems, she refused to listen or take responsibility, then she abruptly walked away. The truth is, I was anticipating a patient advocate that was interested in understanding the issues and resolving them, but that was clearly naive on my part. She came into the conversation defensively and unprofessionally and ended it the same way. I've discussed the problems with Dr. Gibbons in the past and he has been completely dismissive. Both the Dr. and his office manager are concerned with one thing - simplifying their time in the office and retiring. And frankly, they both need to.

Kind caring and quick. Very busy department but we'll run and efficient.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
