Your website makes it impossible to schedule any kind of appointment, or it says that there was a problem and then doesn't allow you to schedule an appointment. Then when ever you try to call to make an appointment the lines either too busy to take any more calls or the call is dropped from the line immediately. This has happened to me so many freaking times it's getting old, and I've been going here for years. I have no problems with the doctors they're lovely and good at their jobs, but the rest of your staff when it comes to making appointments can be rude and then once again its way to hard to schedule anything in general. So making appointments when ever you need to or have the availability to is nearly impossible. It's just happened too many times at this point and I don't know if its been brought to your attention or not.

They don’t care about their patients. Had a really bad experience.

During a visit with Dr. Michelle Holmer, she dismissed my health concerns and bluntly told me I was discussing too many and to pick the most pressing one.

Love this place. I have gone here for several years now and it is the best. The staff is extremely amazing and friendly. Dr. Bailey is great. He has always treated me like I have a brain. So many doctor's I have been to try to explain things to me like I am 6 years old. One even drew pictures on the paper on the bed/chair. I was 40 at the time. He always treats me with respect. Plus, his office does everything (well, not everything but a lot). I love that most of what I need done can be done in office.

This practice is run extremely poorly. They are unprofessional and don’t seem to care much about their patients at all. They’ve even been negligent enough to cause actual long term stress in a patient over a misdiagnosis. I urge you not to get treatment here.

I’ve had outstanding care here with Dr. Homer. I also appreciate their attempt to educate the patient about how to keep health care costs down. This type of practice seems like it hasn’t been ruined by big pharm Rx and insurance companies yet and I’ve received great support here. Bonus: there’s an ice cream place across the street.

Dr. Bailey and his staff are great. Dr. Bailey insisted on me having some tests done witch i didn't want but by doing so i found out i had stage 3 colan cancer so i guess you could say he saved my life. Thanks again Doc.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Holmer for over 15 years and wouldn’t consider another Dr or practice. They are very kind, patient & down to earth. Love all of them-the whole staff.

Rude doctors. Were not interested in me or my concerns whatsoever. No apology when brought to management’s attention.

I will never go back ever. I setup and appointment and was treated like an idiot. As a doctor you should have some kind of care and knowledge towards your patients symptoms and feelings. The doctors attitude was just horrible. He couldn’t have cared less. The office itself is not very clean and kind of run down. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
