Don’t go here. They don’t like parents in the back. Besides that, they sealed my kids loose tooth (which fell out the next day) and wanted to charge me/ insurance to examine a sealant that came off as well less than 24hrs later. It seems like this place is just fraudulent.

Dr. Coloma has always been great, her office staff however seemed confused and don't know their jobs. Had been taking my children to her for years. On the way to our most recent appointment office calls me and states they no longer accept my insurance. In the same conversation they stated it was the insurance that moved them out of network. I called my insurance and spoke to 3 different reps who assured me they are IN network. Called the office back and during that conversation I got two different stories in the same conversation regarding my insurance not being accepted even though it had been accepted with no issues for the past 3 years. While the office staff were polite and professional during these conversations, they were most definitely not well informed or trained.

If I can give no starts I would. This is a place you do not wanna waste your time with!! The staff is very rude and disrespectful, same for Dr.coloma. Beyond disrespectful. You let them know your concerns and they act like the care but they don’t. Also, for them to take kids as young as 5 and under in the back without a guardian is unprofessional and suspicious. This office should be given zero stars. Waste of time!!

Horrible practice. They are extremely rude. When I asked to accompany my son in the back they refused to let me go in with him. He is 5. They also cancel appointments so often it’s frustrating as a mom with a busy schedule. They let you know that you need to find a different dr as soon as you share a concern of yours. Do not waste your time like I did and look elsewhere…

Horrible experience! They canceled and Rescheduled my appointment multiple times. I have three kids and they would not let me in the back with my son. Very fishy. They kicked me out of their office and told me to find someone new all because I asked to go back with my son. They were very disrespectful. Stay away!! Do not waste your time!
