I'm actually confused about how he has 5 stars. He's always late. If you have a 3pm appointment, you'll get in at 3:30. Or they get you in right away and you wait in the room for a half hour. And he was good at first but my daughter was having issues with neutropenia. His response was "i mean it's not like its a brain tumor or something." Uhh WHAT. I'm sorry, I think he's a horrible and insensitive doctor. And it's a shame because the staff is wonderful.

I have 2 very different children and Dr. Gerardo was able to build a relationship with both of them. He is a dedicated physician, takes time to talk with the child and the parent to assist in a better outcome for all involved. I would recommend this physician for anyone in need of a pediatrician.

I really like Dr. Gerardo, but getting an appointment is difficult. The line is busy 80% of the time, and when someone does pick up, plan to wait on hold for at least 5 or 10 minutes. Perhaps Dr. Gerardo is a victim of his own success and demand for appointments is impossible to keep up with. I sure wish he'd hire a few extra people to handle his incoming calls, though. It's a shame to have to stop seeing a doctor you like merely because getting an appointment is so terribly inconvenient.

This is the best pediatrician around the area. Dr. G definitely cares for all of his patients and makes sure our two boys are always healthy. We have never had problems with scheduling or visits not being available. All of his referrals have turned out to be top notch doctors as well. Our youngest has had a broken leg and tonsil issues that Dr. G and specialists resolved with amazing results. My kids will be here for a long time! Thanks Dr. G for all you have done for my family!
