I had to get a physical for work. Recently my employer required us all to find our own doctor or use theirs on visit days, which is a joke. I have avoided doctors for years. Dr Mielke is my wife’s pcp, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but my wife loves her. Well so do I. I appreciated that she explained everything that was going to happen, and answered questions that I had. All in all, it was a good visit. I was deathly afraid beforehand but she made having a physical very easy.

Heather Mielke is an excellent doctor. I recently moved and am having a hard time finding a new physician- so I drive an hour to see her. She takes her time, asks and answers all questions and never rushes through the appointment. The whole office is just so great - they are busy - but I have had nothing but excellent experiences.

Dr Mielke is always very kind and polite and takes her time when you see her. Feel very confident with her care. But the front desk staff(welcome window) is the most rude and unprofessional person we have ever met at a medical facility. Treats you very rude and it seems that she does not care about you or your business at the Strongsville Ohio site. Really seems they could get someone to better represent the practice than a rude person at the welcome window.

After constant follow ups they submitted wrong procedure code which lead me end up paying$180 which should be covered under preventive care
