Ive been getting laser hair removal treatments here for several months now. The women that have worked with me are always professional and polite. They take their time and listen when you have questions or when you need a break during the session. Im incredibly happy with my progress so far with treatment.

Im sitting in the parking lot 10 mins before my scheduled appt and there is a hand written note on the door saying they are closed no electricity. A phone call canceling my appt would have been nice instead of me driving to my appt to read a note.

I didnt like the virtual visit being evaluated by a snooty male with attitude. Your prices are high and you try to mask them with membership offers etc. Just had treatment at another provider Newskin MedSpa and spent time in person with the NP who administered and listened to what I wanted and made suggestions based on what I told her I wanted. The snooty male I zoomed with from Ideal Image never asked me questions like she did. Just tried to sell me UNITS and turned me off.

The reason I only put an 8 for recommending to a fried is because I don’t know the results yet . Everyone was very professional and went out of their way to make it a comfortable experience.
