Her staff is rude. They leave you on hold a long time. They cut your call off. I don’t know where she gets these people. She needs to screen the people she hires.

Have been to her several times now and she is very easy to talk with and understanding. She is fast really knows her profession. The office is nice and they get you in quick if needed!

Seen Dr. Waters for 20 years. Compassionate and knowledgeable. Sometimes appointments are too quick she's in and out. Wait times are long. Not easy to get a hold of for questions. Isn't as thorough as i would like. Had abnormal test results and then been told it's normal. Says I have one condition then months later tells me the opposite.

Dr. Waters is friendly and easy to talk to, however that's the only positive I have. She was supposed to call in 2 prescriptions, but only one was. Ordered lab work and told me not to call for results that they would call me. It's been over a week since I received my lab work results on my UH chart, but still no call.

Dr Waters is awesome. UH needs to allow their doctors more of a buffer time between visits. A lot of negative comments about long waits. Not her fault but falls on UH admin.

Dr.Waters is a very nice lady, but very unorganized. My daughter went to see her on Friday, saying she will write her a prescription for antibiotics. She never sent the prescription into the pharmacy, in turn my daughter had to go to urgent care for another prescription. The pharmacy tried for 36 hrs to see if Dr. Waters would respond to emails to send the prescription, she never replied 😒

Dr. Waters was amazing on my first visit! She is very sweet and caring and I believe she helped me find a solution to my issues and I left my appointment feeling at ease and happy with the appointment! She’s very caring and took the time to listen to me and ask questions. She seemed interested in what I was telling her and I felt as if she had a concern to really want to help me. Very satisfied with my visit.

She’s great and super sweet. However I schedule appointments and I’ll have to wait an hour past my appointment in the waiting room then at least another half hour to 45 minutes in the room. It’s ridiculous I have work and things to do I cannot be spending 2+ hours in the doctors office. There really is no point to having an appointment. It hasn’t happened once. It is every time.
