I have been in the emergency room either for myself or family members for years since it has been open. The staff has always been super helpful and attentive. The wait time is so quick even during the pandemic. I do not know why people have any bad reviews because their staff always been attentive and have gone above and beyond. I am super picky and this place is THE best! best care and timely service/care

I dislike the registration process. It is very inconvenient for the patients, especially when running behind to have to go through registration. Radiology, or lab work should not require registration!

I made an appt online and someone called me to ask about my symptoms. They told me I have to go to ER because they didn't have equipment to check me out. ( ultrasound machine, x-rays )

Always a clean building and friendly staff. I love my doctor and his nurses/ front desk team. The building is doing strict COVID screening and for that I'm thankful.

The lady at registration was extremely rude. Rolling her eyes at every question we answered. Didnt get her name but she had a pixie hair cut , hair color was gray. You do not treat people like that especially in the medical field. Will not be going back to this location ever again

Carrie in Physical Therapy is very knowledgeable and caring, and a positive person. I recommended her to a couple of my friends. Receptionist Barb is friendly, polite and helpful. 👍
