Love the staff, love the services and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! They are knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend this place!

Extremely frustrating place for business. They have wonderful services that work wonders for me. But the people here are terrible. I've heard front desk workers making fun of customers, shouting matches between workers, and the latest was when a lady came in they just turned her away while I was sitting in the lobby. I can't continue to support a business that employs people that have no regard for anyone other than themselves. Heartbreaking, I hope there are other places nearby to use.

Ashley Reese clearly doesn't need any superlatives from me - her schedule says it all - but she certainly deserves them, so here goes. I've gone to multiple nurse injectors, and never once has a single one asked me what I wanted to achieve in terms of the procedure. Not a single one asked me what my personal aesthetic preferences might be, or even initiated a discussion about general aesthetics beforehand. They just cued up the needle and went for it, and they clearly had a one-size-fits-all approach. They would accommodate for things like relative proportionality, but you basically got whatever lips they knew how to create with the techniques they were taught. I never had a *bad* result, but I was always left feeling like, since this is essentially media sculpture done on a human canvas, and the injection techniques limited only by anatomical knowledge and personal creativity, the outcome should have been utterly customizable. I was stunned and gratified when the first thing Ashley asked me about was my personal aesthetic goals. To really serve the needs of individuals, you need to have the artistic vision to assess each person as an individual, and the artistic talent to visualize what augmentations their particular scaffold requires. Ashley is an actual artist, a sculptor—and I don’t use that term lightly or hyperbolically. She understood exactly what I meant when I said I wanted more vertical fullness than lateral, and that I felt my cupid’s bow could be built higher in order to visually reduce my philtrum, and furthermore, she knew exactly how to make that happen. Her mastery of the syringe as an artistic tool is absolute. Obviously not every client is going to have good aesthetic instincts or realistic ideas about what can or should be accomplished, but in many cases, people who live with and wear the same face every day do have reasonable insights gleaned over a lifetime, and being open and willing to discern between the two is a next-level professional Weltanschauung. Ashley possesses the innate indelible hallmark of all wildly intelligent people - an almost hectic natural curiosity - and I absolutely loved hearing her talk about her continuing education and autodidactic pursuit of more insight and knowledge in facial anatomy and aesthetic sculpture. I truly would have been thrilled enough with all of the above, but in addition, Ashley is warm, engaging, welcoming, genuine and hilarious - truly a perfect storm of a person. VIO is incredibly lucky to have her on staff, as an employee and a resource, and I feel insanely lucky to have caught a cancellation slot. I want to add that my entire experience at Strongsville VIO was phenomenal, from the ease of online scheduling and forms, to the extremely kind and hospitable front desk staff, to their diligent insistence and assistance in signing me up for rewards programs that were never previously mentioned to me by other independent clinics. The facility is convenient, beautiful and well-designed (although I hear there’s a reno in progress to make it even more so - very cool) In conclusion, I’m from Seattle - we split time between here and Berea - and I will never make another appointment on the West Coast. I will have all my injections done in Strongsville, at VIO, and as long as Ashley is practicing and available, she will be the only person benevolently stabbing things into my face. I absolutely love my lips; they are glorious. Thank you.

Holly is an artist and knows how to help you achieve your best look. She takes the time to discuss with you and is always very caring and professional. I love the Strongsville VO Med Spa.

I've never looked better after visiting v/o! The staff was extremely kind and helped me choose the right treatments for me - was extremely impressed with with knowledge on skin care products as well. I will be back!

I went here for an appt with Ashley for Botox not only was she super nice and patient with all my questions but she was so knowledgeable and talked to me about other options for some of my concerns. The whole staff here is amazing from everyone I passed being super friendly to the front desk being so warm and welcoming. Also got some of the skin care line and I highly recommend trying it’s the best and super gentle. Shelby was someone else we met and she talked with my mom about therapy treatments for her and gave us so much knowledge with our being pushy. Honestly can’t recommend this place enough. I drive from bath and it’s worth the 30minutes.

Just stopped in to purchase 3 ZO products, the girls had very little knowledge of these products, very little time. Also was out of a product, asked to ship to me and her answer was ya for 15$. Sorry I won’t be back for my lip Botox or facial, I will be back at the lovely girls at the Avon location!

Love this place! I’ve seen Catie and Ashley for different services, both multiple times! Everyone is very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable!
