Do not come here if you want quality care. The office staff here is very poor, especially in Sylvania. The front office person is perhaps one of the rudest people I've ever met. The infection prevention is terrible, even post-COVID, and the way they give shots changes from visit to visit- some of the nurses do it one way, some another, some are nice, some are horrible. One even sits down while the patient stands! Also, if you ever want to see an actual doctor or expect him to oversee your care, you should go elsewhere. In over a year of treatment, we never once saw a doctor, even when specifically requested. Rude staff, poor communication, non-existent doctor -- seek care elsewhere!

My child's school needed to review their 504 plan for management of peanut allergy. Spent 2.5 months trying to get one form from this office. Was finally sent one that said they would not fill it out, as this was an allergy, not an impairment. Explained to them that under the law, this IS an impairment. Told Lori that I would need to take business elsewhere if I cannot get the form completed. Lori said that Dr. Safadi would tell me to go elsewhere. Moving on in hopes of better service.

Had a great experience! Staff was extremely knowledgeable and very professional!

I've seen both nurse practitioners & Dr Safadi & am aware that if you want to see the doctor then you have to drive to the main office, but if you want the luxury of a place close by & convenient, then you would see the nurse practitioner. The nurse practitioners did a very good job & were up on both the allergy & immunology part of things & follow the same protocols, in my experience with multiple children & did a good job!

My daughter has been on shots for 2 years and have only seen doctor 1 time. Called to schedule scratch test they wanted for her and wanted to see doctor. They said he NEVER comes to Fremont office. Then who is in charge of her case? Will mot be taking her back to a doctor who my child will never see. I am not willing to travel to Toledo where according to that office he is only there once a month. Especially since Fremont office is 5 min. Away.

I was 8 minutes late, waited 10 minutes while another woman was being checked in then told to reschedule. Mind you I left 49 minutes early to make the appt from Detroit, got stopped by a bridge being up, train, and construction that was not going on.

How disappointing that the practice had all the insurance information at their fingertips but chose not to share it with a 23 year old. After the $500+ bill arrived, I called to inquire as to why no one discussed with her that her visit and test would be applied to her deductible and she would be responsible for the rest. Dr. Safadi saw that as being a bully and dropped her from the practice. Lori in the office is ineffective and quite frankly seems to be afraid of the Dr. Not a good choice!

In reference to Dr. Safadi's Lima office (1 of 9+ offices.) If you would like to go to a Doctor's office repeatedly and NEVER see the Doctor. This is the place for you. I was lied to on my June 10, 2016 appointment and told I would be seeing Dr. Safadi, in Lima, on July 6, 2016. Staff admitted on July 6, 2016, that Dr. Safadi seldom if ever came to the Lima or Findlay office. More importantly, he was cutting his hours as he was opening MORE offices!!

I am pleased with the care I receive from Dr. Safadi and his staff. He carefully listens to me during my appointments... And has been very successful in treating me. He seems quite conscientious about having his office run smoothly and efficiently as well. The allergy shot routine is efficient and friendly. All is well at Dr. Safadi's office!

The doctor is great in every respect. Polite, caring, attentive when I am talking etc. He has made time to see me almost on a moments notice...(saw me as soon as I was able to get myself to the office). The staff seems to think that no one can hear them talking in the back and sometimes that is annoying. I can hear them talking about their weekend exploits etc. After you receive a shot you must wait in the waiting area for 15 minutes before you leave. Some of the other patients are VERY annoying. But the doctor is great in every respect. Highly recommend!!
