Dr Rusin rebuilt my big toe joint in 1997 and still going strong. 20+ years is a big deal.

Dr. Rusin told me that my ligaments in my elbow were healed and that I had arthritis. He sent me to a Dr at UTMC. When infact I have 2 torn ligaments, a tethered ulnar nerve & a piece of floating bone. If Dr. Rusin would have looked at the MRI properly, he would have seen the damage & I could have had my elbow fixed sooner.

I've been walking around on a broken foot for 17 years, I've been to three other doctors and Dr. Ruskin is the first and only doctor to find the injury.The girl in the from office ROCKS.

I am Dennis Clapp from Napoleon. Dr Joseph Rusin replaced both knees, one in 2004 and one in 2005. I have not had one issue in 12 years since they were replaced and my knees feel like they are my own. I have no pain in either knee whatsoever. I used the swing bed program at Henry County Hospital for intense rehab after surgery and was walking almost normal in 2 weeks. I highly recommend Dr. Rusin and the wonderful care and follow up he and the nurses and physical therapists at HCH gave me.

Have been waiting in the office for over 2 hours! Still haven't been seen. When asked the receptionist (Stephanie I believe) was taking so long, she said it was a miscommunication and all her fault but that she didn't really care. Stephanie was also dressed like she was going to a club instead of a professional medical office. RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, UNORGANIZED, UNPROFESSIONAL. ... DO NOT RECOMMEND

I had both knees replaced by Dr. Rusin and I have complete painless mobility. I can do a standing squat easily and feel better than I have in 15 yrs. Dr. Rusin and the therapy department at Henry County Hospital are fantastic. You will not be disappointed !!!!

Was able to communicate with me on a very personal level, yet did not sacrifice accurate detail regarding the plan of care. Very friendly person that cares about the outcome of the patient's results after surgery.
