Naeem A Lughmani's Online Review Report Card

I agree, the office staff here is the worst. I’ve been trying to get a copy of a past sleep study so I can replace my bi-pap machine that is 10 years old. I get an average of 8 to 9 1/2 hours a night. I don’t need another sleep study. To line there pockets with cash they are demanding that I go through another sleep study. This office for Dr. Lughmani is very difficult to work with! I’ve contacted my insurance company and they do not require another sleep study to be sold a new bi-pap machine, just the script that was originally written. But, of coarse they want the money from me for a couple office appointments and another sleep study PLUS the cost of the new machine. If there were other places to get this script written per the supplier’s request I would have dune it over a month a go but, the doctor doesn’t profit from reissue my past script.If I could I would go else where asap.Jim Cook

Friendly female answered phone on first ring, no automatic machine, she quickly checked insurance, made appt and told me what needed to be done for sleep study consult. Very happy, fastest appt I've ever made. Thank you ❤️

I've had pleasant experiences with him in Wauseon. Long waits to be seen though.

Most disorganized office I've ever dealt with. Staff is rude. Had a sleep study , couldn't complete it because the tech literally scrubbed my skin to the point of bleeding putting on the sensors. Sat there bleeding in a panic calling her for 30 minutes . Meanwhile the entire time I could hear her at the desk on her personal phone ignoring the cameras and the patients that she had in rooms hooked up. she spent the entire time she was hooking me up watching Netflix on her phone and not paying attention to what she was doing nothing was measured nothing was done accurately so I know that the reading would have been off to begin with I've been struggling with this office for 12 months trying to get answers and nothing. All because they can't accommodate my schedule. I highly advise finding a different place to have your sleep study done.

I have been a patient for at least 8 years. I don't remember exactly when I began seeing him. When I first began seeing him there were long waiting periods. Then when he got a nurse practitioner this was no longer a problem. There was a period of time when there was a lot of staff changes, possibly due to a location change. Dr. Lughmani himself has been an excellent and knowledgeable doctor. I haven't experienced any problems with long wait times or noticed significant staff changes in the past couple of years. I highly recommend him.

The Doctor is very nice however the scheduling staff is very unorganized. I have been going back and forth with appointments since Nov. Every time I make a appointment they call 1 to 2 days before to cancel and reschedule.

Office staff is the worst. Mostly front desk always snippy and rude. And im always on time for my appointments but they are never on time taking anyone back. My appointment was at 9am its now 920am and the doctor decides to stroll in at 915. I don't think i should have to pay a 40.00 copay when they take sometimes dam near a hour to get you back. And they hardly ever answer the phones. Gina is nice a pleasant to work with and she helped me out alot when my insurance was taking thier time approving my sleep study. I work 2nd shift and hardly sleep as it is. And when i schedule my appointments for a certain time early in the morning its for a reason not to sit around and wait for the doctor to decide when he wants to show up..

Seems disorganized in front. Rude on the phone. Dr. Lughmani is great though.
