List of Kevin Mineo Md's Reviews
Dr. Mineo and staff are always pleasant and punctual. All aspects of visits are great.
I was a patient of Dr Kevin Mineo for 20+ years. He was always kind and caring. I was sent to a few specialists whom I was not fond of. His billing department NEVER got their billing correct. I diagnosed with having a hernia and advised to be careful lifting....i was in fact, pregnant. My insurance was billed incorrectly 7 times. I gave them BOTH of my insurances...7 different times. They werent billed correctly. Not ONE time have i ever received a bill from Unity Health Network. Not once. 4 yesrs ago. I went to him for chronic anemia. Ended up being sent to a Hematologist. Woth blood transfusions and iron transfusions..it got better. Then it didnt and i ended up in the ER. i was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer. After a total hysterectomy and 2 yesrs of oncology follow up...i was finally cleared. Now...its time for a routine visit with my Family dr.....except...he isnt my dr now. Because i havent seen him in 4 years (while under the care of an ONCOLOGIST) ...he refuses to take me back as a patient. Because i havent seen him in 4 years. Because i had cancer....because i was seeing an oncologist. Good riddence. 20+ yrs of medical history.....down the drain. He should be ashamed.
Have complained about high blood pressure meds to Kevin three times in one year and he refuses to listen and prescribes the same thing each time. I believe a change is coming. Very nice person, but I would not recommend him as a Doc.
After seeing this doc for a number of years, I figured out that not only did he not care about my medical conditions while treating me; he dismissed me because of his own mistakes in prescribing a controlled medication.
Ive seen Dr Mineo for 2 years, he is friendly, professional and smart. He treats me with respect and listens well, I have referred two close friends his way. In the NE Ohio area, you will not find a better doctor
I have been a patient of Dr. Mineo for over 10 years. Always satisfied with relationship I have had with him.
Have been a patient of Dr. Mineo for nearly 10 years. I see him 3-4 times a year for diabetic followup. He spends as much time as needed to talk, advise and treat whatever is needed. His nurses and other staff are always friendly, courteous and professional, despite this being a fast paced office environment.
He was great nice and patient with my needs!
My daughter had a concussion from a car accident. The hosp told her to see Dr Mineo It took 2 days playing phone tag to get an appoint. She was running late & called Kent office where she thought appoint was & was told okay She got there & was told appoint. was in Tallmadge & she would get there to late so made appoint for today 3/1 She was called today & they cancelled her appoint because she missed the last one even though she told them she was having dizziness and the room spun at times. I work at a hospital this is very unprofessional behavior You don't mess around with head injuries I would not recommend this office to anyone

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
