I'm a fairly new patient (only been with the practice for 4 months) I've never been more unimpressed with a doctors office. Between my doctor giving me nothing but referrals when I established care and dealing with the support staff for a short term disability claim when I got Covid, it's not been a good experience. This office seems to have a pass the buck mentality. The support staff said they couldn't fill out the short term disability paperwork, the medical claims department handled that. The medical claims department said they don't fill out any paperwork, that's the responsibility of the office. This is my first experience with a PCP office with Kettering Health, I'll go back to Premier.

Went to schedule an oppointment and they refused me because i had a no-show in the past?! One... one no show on an appointment that i wasnt aware of that was rescheduled... Lost a customer just because of that. I

I asked for a copy of my X-rays and mri ... cause I was getting another option and wanted to bring them with me so I didn’t have to get knew ones... they gave me a blank disk... cause the office I went to had 3 people try to do it and they said that’s definitely blank...

The office staff were prompt and friendly. Dr. Zarrabi is excellent. She took the time to talk about my health concerns and genuinely cared about my health. My medications were sent correctly and on the same day.

This is, by far, the best medical office I have been to...not only is Dr. Zarrabi an excellent physician...the staff have always treated me with respect and warmth.

The doctors are good but the office personnel customer service is terrible. You call but never talk to any body. The answering service answers and is not properly set up so you never know if you have reached the right place. you leave a message but no one ever calls back. I am switching doctors so I don't ever have to deal with the frustration again. I hope this is not the same with all of Kettering office's .
