Anders Dermatology's Online Review Report Card

The front desk and billing are horrible here. I was scheduled to have MOHS surgery and my appointment was canceled without any notification. (I have appointment confirmation information that was sent through the mail). The front desk will lie and do anything they can to cover their backside. I was billed for a mistake they made and when questioned by my PCM they said that they would take off the bill since they were at fault. They still have yet to remove the bill. They also had an assistant administer local anesthetic. I'm not sure what qualifications she had but she was definitely not a nurse and in my home state that is a big no. I'm honestly surprised that they haven't gotten into trouble with the medical board given their terrible reviews.

This practice used to be excellent and very focused on yhe patient. But in the last few years it's become very apparent that they are more interested in the money and not their patients well-being. And from what the office chatter says they also aren't very interested in fostering a good work environment.

I want to give a huge shout out to the office manager and the two assistants that helped me today! So funny story (not at the time) my son and I where leaving his appointment and as we where getting into the elevator I had him hold my wedding ring so I could lotion my hands. Well when I went to take it off his finger it slipped out of my hand and feel in the crack as the doors were closing. I went back up to Anders and asked if there is someone I could call and instead the office manager and her two assistants came to help. They went above and beyond and helped rescue my ring for me. I wish I would of got their name’s because they truly are my life savers. Thank you ladies all three of you are amazing!!

Monique in Anders Dermatology provides very good service. I see her annually for a body scan. She explains things well, is thorough and has a wonderful personality. I feel confident in her ability in dermatological issues and am comfortable seeing her.

So disappointed staff did not wear masks and patients were not encouraged to do so. Will be looking for a more responsible practice.

Dr. Hannah is so great and the girl at the front desk is so sweet (congrats on almost 1 yr girl!!) and everyone is so nice there. It’s super clean and smells so good!

I had basal cell removed from my right cheek back in September 2020. Was giving it time to heal completely before making any judgment. I have about a 11/2 inch scar on my cheek, which I was told would be very small, and wouldn't even notice it. And that wasn't by the doctor, but his nurse. I dont think the doctor even said 2 words. Came on did procedure, came back in and stitched me up. If you need to get any kind of procedure done here, please make sure you get 2nd opinion. I never even met the doctor prior to surgery, I guess which was my first mistake.

The best dermatology practice. So caring and professional. The esthetician’s there are all amazing as well. Highly recommend purchasing your skin care regimen here.

The office has very friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Krishna Mutgi is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. Would definitely recommend him.
