I was seen quickly from when I arrived. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The nurse who gave me an EKG was very friendly and kind. Dr Dolsey was kind, asked me pertinent questions and gave me the results of my EKG.

My experience with Oromedica/Toledo Hospital was nothing short of amazing.First the staff at the hospital vascular unit was excellent in their care and concern for my well being.Dr. Dolsey was amazing and showed extreme concern for me and made me feel comfortable that everything was going to be fine with my heart cath that required stints.I wanted to thank the hospital staff and Dr.Dolsey for for a job well done and for making this procedure a stress free experience..

My care in the office is excellent, no complaints, but the are horrible, I mean horrible at sending prescriptions into your pharmacy. They want you to call your pharmacy so THEY can send in the requests. The problem is the office NEVER sends in their requests. I just spent an hour on hold waiting to speak to a nurse to get them to call the pharmacy. Listening to their maddening recordings for an hour! If they can’t do a better job at sending in refill requests don’t write them for me. I have been out of generic Lipitor for five days and only have 4 left of another. If they don’t care then I’ll just not bother trying to refill. I’m not going through this every time.

Dr Dolsey has treated both my husband and myself for several years. We could not be more pleased! He is a fantastic doctor, excelling in all areas of cardiology. He definitely makes us both feel very secure and well cared for. He is tops in medicine and patient care!
