Dr Fairchild is sweet and cares. But the waiting is ridiculous, I once was there 3 hours. The staff is rude and unprofessional and I can never get ahold of anybody. I would not recommend them to any body.

Dr Fairchild has been my doctor for over 10 years. I threaten to leave each time I have to interact with her office. I consistently have trouble getting routine refills, even though I have done exactly as was asked by the office. Office hours are extremely minimal and difficult to get a hold of, especially if you work a traditional 8-5 job, and throw in a long off time for lunch, 11:45-1:30. I can't even call at lunch. I love Dr Fairchild but I have had it. Dealing with the stress of getting what I need each month outweighs her care.

My 91 year old grandmother was kept waiting for ALMOST AN HOUR AND A HALF today before she even got into a room. This is uncalled for. There's no reason that an elderly woman should wait this long for a refill of her medication.

We may have to wait in the waiting room for a while to see De.Fairchild but she is so worth it!!! I wouldn't trade her for anything !!!
