Dr. Keifer is kind and compassionate - exactly who I needed when addressing something as sensitive as hearing loss. I trusted his recommendations for aids because they were based on him listening to my preferences. It's been great to work with him and Deann over the past couple of years. If you need an audiologist, don't hesitate to call here.

I brought my 2 year old here and we had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, they made the environment very comfortable. The doctor was patient, very thorough and he explained each test in detail. I would definitely recommend this place!!

Dr. Keifer is an excellent doctor. He walked me thru the ins and outs of my first hearing test, and explained in more detail each portion as was needed when we got to those parts. He was very engaging, and lessened the nerves I had in regards to my hearing issues, without making me feel like an idiot. His front desk staff was also friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone with auditory issues, whether hearing or tinnitus, or both, to see Dr. Keifer. I have a lot of health issues, so a lot of doctors, and he's been one of my favorites. Plus, he's a Veteran.
