Pathetic office. I received a certified letter stating Dr Ahrens would no longer be my physician because I missed an appointment which was 3 days after my husband passed suddenly. I tried to call and explain and was told the decision was not reversible.

Dr. Ahrens makes me feel like I am her only patient. I never feel rushed or like she is “too busy” to explain something to me. The ladies at the front desk are just as pleasant as Dr. Ahrens, such a rare find.

So, I have a bad eating disorder in which I need medical treatment. I made an appointment and accidentally missed it. Never once when setting this appointment up did they say "if you miss your appointment we can not reschedule you". I called to reschedule and after explaining why I missed the appointment and that I'm in dire need of help, all they could say is "we can't reschedule you, call your insurance provider". How about you do your job and make sure patients know if they miss an appointment that there is no possibility of rescheduling....even if they are in dire help. Thank you all so much for "doing your job". Very pathetic.

She is never just in and out. she takes those extra few minutes to make sure your ok. Very personable I send everyone there.

I wouldn't go to anyone else, unless I absolutely had to. Dr. Ahrens is attentive, caring and extremely intelligent. Trust and transparency are key when it comes to healthcare and you can count on Dr. Ahrens for both.

LOVE this Internal Medicine Doctor. She really listens to my complaints and has always been 'spot on' with her diagnosis . . . prescribing the best medical course for 'feeling better soon'! Thanks to Tom Schlembach/Toledo Clinic Physical Therapist for this referral!

Dr. JoDee Ahrens is a wonderful doctor. Very professional and understanding, and so is her staff. She has always referred me to the best specialists when needed. I've been a patient if hers for 30 years. Not once has Dr. Ahrens failed me
