I love all the Dr. and NP that work here! They have all been very kind and sweet.BUT the front desk lady can be very rude on the phone.Update: Last September was the last time I was seen by this facility due to not being sick.I mentioned to the front desk lady that my insurance will be changing and she told me they don't accept my new insurance. During my visit with the NP she told me that they indeed accepted my new insurance.I didn't think much of it until today I needed to be seen and called and she told me they don't accept it.... but everywhere online says they do.They need to do some updating.

Love this office. NP Jennifer Seal is great. Very friendly and listens to your concerns. I lost my insurance right after COVID started but plan on going back to this office even though it's a farther drive from my new job.

I’ve been a patient for a long time. I haven’t actually seen Dr. Durrani in 6 years. Her nurse practitioner wouldn’t listen to me or my concerns, made a diagnosis with one test, and did not provide accurate help with said diagnosis. I was left to figure it out on my own. This is after a long list of issues with Dr. Durrani and her previous nurse practitioners.

I have been a patient in Dr. Durrani's office for many years. The staff is very friendly, appointments are always available and both the Doctor and NP are very kind and understanding. I would definitely recommend this practice!

Scam artists. They called me and had to reschedule my appointment. Then they charged me for a no show to an appointment they had to reschedule. Every time I met with Khalida she wasn’t friendly and the nurse practitioner Justin I went to quit so no reason to go back.
