Glad I switched to a new doctor. Dr Baldwin was my doctor for years. Not very caring, doesn’t really listen much unless you’re really persistent. The final straw was when she gave blatantly incorrect information that resulted in months of issues for me.

I attended an appointment with my Dad who was establishing Dr. Baldwin as his new PCP. Her nurse took the time to find out about my Dad's medical history. Dr. Baldwin also spent a fair amount of time with my Dad. They made sure to know they were available by phone, by appointment and seemed very caring.

She listens and writes appropriate prescriptions or actions for the complaint.. I would recommend her to my friends and family, who are seeking a good family Doctor.. Thanks to her, I fell better everyday..

Never, never, never see this doctor, she spends more time explaining her problems than caring about yours. "oh time is up". you know that type of doctor. The office staff is the most miserable people in the industry, over the years i notice the turn over of staff is high and unprofessional they simply lack any education. The office manager needs to get a new job. medical is not her field or customer relations she would fit in with customer service at the Toledo Water Dept. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

It is NOT acceptable to make a patient wait 1.25 hours for an "appointment"....not a walk-in but an appt. She does not appear to be knowledgeable
