Do not put your loved ones in this facility! They killed my father! A month ago there was an accident with my father and he had gone to the hospital. He broke his nose, split his head wide open, he was bleeding from his eyes, and he had to get stitches. Blood was everywhere, even in his ears. 3 weeks he was back in the hospital because he was so dehydrated that as the dr described it was like salt on the brain. The dr said the only cause of this would be him not having nothing to eat or drink for days!!! They let him rot in a bed after that accident! They didn't even clean up the blood from the accident, bath him, or anything. Now my father has died and if it wasn't for any of that, he would still be with us!!!
Get interview and it’s a Beautiful building
I visited my aunt. She had just gotten done eating lunch. They cleaned her up promptly so I could walk her down to her room. They assisted me finding her new room. Thank you everyone e at Park Terrace! We had a very nice visit!Daun
I saw people providing care for my family on a level that I can not. I have no reservations.
My grandmother was at Darlington for about 18 months until her death about 20 years ago. She received quality care while there. The staff was friendly with us and treated my grandmother very well. When I’d come to visit her, the staff would have her up, dressed and ready for the day. I truly appreciated that. I felt very good about her being there.
Nice place need to do some up dating on there food selection for the resident food is not appetizing and they need more help
The staff is very nice and helpful.
Most of the staff they have are very nice. They don't have enough staff which affects client care.
EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT
Pitiful place, they were a LITTLE better, but not much, before covid hit, when the virus came it was like it was party central for them because you couldn't go there and see what was going on, you could call on the phone, and if you could reach the front desk, they would transfer you to the "nurses" station who rarely picked up, most of the time the line would ring as long as you wanted it to, pitiful, I've had at least four quarterly phone meetings set up with victoria , whose job there I still don't fully understand what it was, she never called, oh, she did call once, four hours later, (was supposed to call at 11.30 called at 4.30 I missed it), her later excuses were " I did call" yeah she called my home phone, from a private number, didn't leave a message, when she normally calls my cell, when I did finally meet with her and confronted her with what happened, her response was, while walking away from me was " oh well I guess it's your word against mine", I do have all my phone records in case she says I'm lying, my brother was there for about two years (not my choice), he went there for a stroke, he did have a mild one before this one but he was doing good before he went here, driving, working, seems like he went downhill once he got there, had another stroke, couldn't talk any more, seems like he was at Toledo Hospital (much love to the workers there!) more than he was at park, most of the time for reasons that I question, but most of the times that he went to Toledo I didn't even know until the hospital called me to ask me a question about him.I was going move my brother to another home, I called some places, talked to them, then park sent my brother back to Toledo hospital in grave condition where it was too late.I want to mention their financial I think her name is jennifer, pitiful, she gave me three different prices for the cost of my brother staying there, and with a rude attitude to boot. Don't let the pretty pictures fool you! Like they say I'm giving one star because they won't let you give zero. P.S this place didn't even send a card after my brother passed, they knew the same day, he was there for a little while, to me it's common just courtesy, but look who I'm talking about.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
