When an eye doctor tells you that screen time and the blue light has zero effect on your kids eye just walk away. That’s big NO , not to mention him looking at his watch while am taking to hime ( wasting my time) , omg this the first time for me to meat a rudeness from a doctor the way he was talking to me and my husband .. really zero knowledge! He was just really to give eyeglasses prescription with out even telling us what is going on !

I took my 7 year old here for the first time today and was extremely pleased with the kindness from the moment we walked in the door. Dr. Rhee was also phenomenal! He made my daughter comfortable immediately, as well as myself. He was not only incredibly friendly, but also educational. If I could rate our visit higher than a 10/10, I truly would.

Dr Rhee is great! All three of my children have seen him. One of them needed glasses. My son loves going to his eye appointments. Dr Rhee is great with kids and explains everything in detail. My other two have regular check ups with him as well. His office staff are all nice as well. I recommend him to all of my friends.

Took my 4year old daughter here. Dr. Rhee is phenomenal! I could not have been more pleased. He is personable, explains everything and I mean EVERYTHING so your not left wondering questions later on, and he explains to so you understand. He came highly recommended by our pediatrician and family friend. I wish his office accepted our insurance, however I didn’t and don’t mind paying out of pocket for her check ups with him because of how great he is. One thing I loved other than the appointment it’s self and the care was, before he left he said “I have two questions before I leave. How was my staff? How was your visit with us?” It’s not very often you find a Dr who care about how there staff is also treating you. This says a lot about him. He cares about his business and his patients equally. We will be going back and recommending to anyone who need eye care. Thank you for your humbleness, honesty, and care.

Dr. Rhee was so pleasant and helpful. He made my son feel comfortable and answered all of our questions. His front office staff is beyond great. They went above and beyond to help me when I was having issues finding a surgeon in my insurance network. Highly recommend.

I cannot reiterate how much we LOVE Dr Rhee even with our first visit!!! You can tell he LOVES what he does and is an expert as well. Wait times to get in can be tricky which makes sense but WORTH the wait! Such a pleasant visit! I did note that they are relocating to Toledo in April 2020. So that's even more convenient! Thanks so much Dr. Rhee! Also thanks to the great staff that works alongside him! The waiting area has a multitude of entertainment for adults and kids.

so, today I took my daughter to see an Ophthamolgiest in Florida (due to us moving to Florida from Ohio 1 1/2 yrs ago.) my daughter has seen Dr. Robert Rhee since she was 4 yrs old. This is when my daughter had problems with her left eye crossing in. Dr. Rhee has seen her all this time until we moved out of State. Today the new ophthalmologist ask what the doctors name that has taken care of my daughters eyes all this time proudly I said "Dr. Rhee in Toledo, OH" the doctor said that her sight is so good and that Dr. Rhee was a great doctor due to all the testing that she did today on my daughters eyes. My daughter is 18 now. The doctor today said that my daughters depth reception is at 80% meaning that Dr. Rhee did an excellent job with everything that he did with her glasses throughout her years of see him. I was so happy that I choose Dr. Rhee to take care of my daughters sight back when she was 4 yrs. old and stayed with him throughout her years. Dr. Rhee is a great doctor, very compasionate, understanding doctor. The office ladies are very nice too. So, if you want a great Ophthalmologist I would tell anyone go and see Dr. Rhee! Thank you Dr. Rhee for my daughters excellent sight!!!!!!!

Visits were good they have no communication as far as billing they kick your kids out of the office if your billing goes over the time period! How sad my kids had an office appointment in two days and they kicked them out of the office! Very very bad office experience to kick them totally out of the office it’s not their fault and I got nothing from the office!!

I was there for a check up and I witnessed a horrible situation. 2 nurses restrained and forced a child that was already having a hard time with her check up. There was no need for them to push this child to put on sunglasses and catch the fly or get drops in her eyes. They gave this child no chance to deescalate and calm down. Instead they chose to traumatize this child. I was so disturbed and horrified by this incident. As a teacher and a parent I know that there is a much better way. I was traumatized as well by the incident and I left, but also voiced my objections about the situation. I was/am so upset I stated I felt there should be a complaint written. They should have given this child a chance to calm down. Now this child has been traumatized and will most likely be reluctant to go for check ups. They have kicked me and my family out of the practice because I objected there and then to the treatment of this child. #Retaliation
