It's a shame the doctors here are so terrible - it outweighs any good that the counseling staff and other staff do. They tell you to be here 15 minutes before your scheduled appt. so triage is out of the way...then they make you sit there for and hour and a half past your scheduled time. God forbid you have a job and want to succeed here. Your time doesnt mean anything to them...but don't you be late for an appt- you'll never hear the end of it. Complaining doesnt do you any good. They'll probably just keep yanking your chain For the hell of it.

Lots of services available to address all sorts of needs for common situations and struggles of life! This place has caring staff that can help guide us in the right direction for help and guidance! Addresses the needs of the community. They are doing the best they can with resources they have!

Great and amazing place that will work with you no matter your situation as long as you put in the effort. No one can do it for you or make you get help but zepf has worked with me every step of my way. I sincerely thank the staff, doctors and nurses who help all the people that come through the doors on the daily!

i started off telling my psych i haven't been listened to by other drs and she calmed my frustration but by 2nd visit is repeatedly asking me same questions over and over in same convo like shes not listening. had bad side effects of new meds called 3 times didnt hear back from anyone u til my mandated nurse call. told them i dont want therapy bc they dont offer certain type im going outside and every week for last 5 ive had 5 different therapist call and want to make appts as if they didnt read any notes in my chart then i tell the nurse something about my side effects of meds and why i wont let them increase it and the notes either arnt there or the dr doesnt care to read the stuff i spoke to the nurse about and if so whats the point of telling anyone anything they dont listen theyre no better then any other toledo service take this med and comply

They'll lie in all forms to individuals just to get them out of their face to continue with their personal conversation, brushing off the job they went to school for.Why work a job where helping or to help individuals who need it just not to do it with a passion.They need more individuals who enjoy helping/assisting the mentally ill and take there career serious, other than ignoring them and talking behind the mentally ill back.
