i started off telling my psych i haven't been listened to by other drs and she calmed my frustration but by 2nd visit is repeatedly asking me same questions over and over in same convo like shes not listening. had bad side effects of new meds called 3 times didnt hear back from anyone u til my mandated nurse call. told them i dont want therapy bc they dont offer certain type im going outside and every week for last 5 ive had 5 different therapist call and want to make appts as if they didnt read any notes in my chart then i tell the nurse something about my side effects of meds and why i wont let them increase it and the notes either arnt there or the dr doesnt care to read the stuff i spoke to the nurse about and if so whats the point of telling anyone anything they dont listen theyre no better then any other toledo service take this med and comply

I went to zepf and they told me my insurance was accepted. They Charged me for services that my insurance did not cover. Which I was only Going for individual counseling (which was covered). Not to mention the counselor I had cancelled on me countless times and was given different counselor after a month of going there. Then they sent me a $600 bill and threatened to take me to collections. I have left messages and no one will call me back. Terrible experience and I will not be going back. This was the zepf in bowling green

If You're struggling with addiction you're just another number at the Zeph center on Ashland.literally you are given a card and you scan it then when you're number is called after waiting an hour or more you go to the cubicle to drink your "medication". Most of the staff is very rude and the therapists don't treat you like an individual and don't treat the underlying problems. I've seen numorous people nodding out/falling asleep in the waiting room from 200+mg of methadone and they love to increase your dose because that's more $$$ in their pockets. In my opinion this place is no different than going to buy dope from your dealer except this place takes Medicaid,the wait is a lot longer and there are mandatory groups you have to attend from facilitators who have no idea what it's like to be an addict. Also, if you have an issue or need to get a hold of someone well good luck!
