Mind and Body go hand in hand. At the Wellness Center, the focus is to get both in sync to help achieve functionality. My coach is a gem, and I am grateful for him and the help and encouragement he has given me thus far to get me where I am today. The facility has many different equipment options, so whether cardio is your thing, or you are needing to work on rebuilding/maintaining muscular structure-you are in the right place! Sanitation due to COVID is adhered to, and while masks are required while in the building per se, while on the gym floor you are free to be maskless and BREATHE. Class sizes are fairly small, so even with anxiety issues, it can be tolerable for most. So if you are new to working on your fitness activity levels, or an old hand, you may just find this little place to be the space needed to get in sync. ... Mind & Body

More worried about insurance when I told her I'd pay cash and my insurance didn't cover it and they told me calling back when I get insurance you know sounds a little bit better but once again you in the sign only once I'll give you pills that they get for free

Has recently come under new medical director and i would not suggest this place while they're working on tightening up alot of injustices are currently happening to clients like me that have clean screens and long term sobriety are being punished for no reason so i hope they get it together soon or I'll be finding an alternative place to maintain my sobriety!!!!!!!!!
