I was in the office today just browsing the glasses, honestly with no intention to buy, just passing time until my food was done. I will say though the custoemr service from Andre at the front desk and the pleasant demeanor of the doctor reeled me in. Sherry and Darlene both greeted me and welcomed any questions that I may have had. I scheduled an exam for my entire family. This place has customer service and warmth vibes figured out. Great job!

I went on July 14th. Was told it would be 10 to 14 business days. That would have put me right around the 3rd of August. No calling or communication at all. So I called. The lady said she would check into it. But that no lined glasses were on back order. So another week went by and I called again. Lady then told me they would check into it and call me by Friday. Nothing. So I called again. They said they would definitely call me Saturday. So here we are Saturday August 14th one full month after my original appointment. No glasses and still no call and no idea when I will receive them. Ive left them a message stating if I don't hear from them on Monday I will be contacting BBB on them. Extremely unprofessional!

Phenominal customer service! Rare these day. From the scheduling with Doctor to the exam all the way through the picking up of my contacts. I highly recommend this place for glasses and contacts

Unbelievably slow service, rude with attitude when asking a question or have any complaints shows no empathy it's been two weeks since I order my glasses was told one week to week and a half call now says two weeks and gave me attitude! This how they treat vets? They must not like sailors. Never again also very pricey, they upsell without asking. My recombination = avoid this place!
