My wife and I spent several years looking for a new primary care physician when ours retired. Dr. Hester has been exceptional. Knowledgeable, personable, compassionate, and always willing to spend as much time as the patient needs to go over problems and discuss treatment options. Dr. Hester and her staff have always greatly exceeded our expectations. The office has always been willing to make room for seeing a patient for an urgent need. We have been with her for over 6 years and never expect to change doctors again.

This office has not been returning calls promptly taking up to a week or even longer to address issues on their nurse line. The recording says they will return calls by end of business day. I wonder if they do not have enough staff or what the problem is but it shows a lack of care for their patients

Dr. Hester is my primary doctor, she’s highly sought after so often busy! However, she will always make time if possible! If not possible, you can see one of the many great physicians at Fairlawn Family Practice or their great NP Angie! It’s a great place!

I'm at the age where I'm losing my longtime doctors due to retirement. So, I wasn't thrilled about going to a newer younger doctor that didn't know me. I spent a year and a half searching for a new primary care physician. I needed to find someone who could treat my complex health issues and someone I liked. Once I met with Dr. Hester my search for a new doctor was over. I completely trust her judgement as a doctor. She takes the time to listen to me and she has a fabulous sense of humor.
